Navigating the path to health can be overwhelming, especially with so many conflicting voices out there. My journey into the world of nutrition has been shaped by both personal challenges and the experiences of my family, which has given me a deep understanding of the transformative power of a balanced diet.

My father who I admired, shifted his career from cardiology to focus on anti-aging and nutrition. His passion for understanding how food impacts our health deeply influenced me. I saw how he helped countless people improve their lives by making informed dietary choices, and this planted the seed for my own journey into nutrition.

As life unfolded, I faced my own health struggles — arthritis, ADD, perimenopause, persistent skin irritations, and the frustrating cycle of yo-yo dieting. I learned to manage and even overcome these issues by embracing a balanced, healthful diet.

Watching my son cope with the complexities of ADHD and Hashimoto’s, and witnessing my mother’s battle with dementia, further solidified my belief in the power of nutrition. Although I couldn’t directly help my mother, observing her journey drove me to understand more about how I could use nutrition to support others and potentially prevent similar issues.
